About the Service
Notable One provides software solutions designed to help hospitality businesses manage customer experiences and everyday operations.
Our services may include online ordering, reservations, QR table ordering, guest relationship management, loyalty and rewards, marketing, analytics, payment integrations and other hospitality technology features.
Services are provided to cafés, restaurants, bars, pubs, takeaway businesses and other hospitality operators.
Notable One provides the technology, not the hospitality services themselves.
Participating businesses generally remain responsible for their own menus, pricing, food preparation, customer service, reservations, fulfilment, cancellations and refunds, subject to applicable law.
Customers placing orders or making reservations through Notable One-powered services are generally transacting directly with the participating hospitality business, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Available features may vary depending on the subscription plan, venue configuration, location and supported integrations.
Features described as Pilot or Planned may not be available for general use.
Account and Access
Certain features require a registered account.
When creating or using an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Hospitality business accounts must be created or managed by individuals authorised to act on behalf of the business.
Account holders are responsible for managing authorised staff access and promptly notifying Notable One of suspected unauthorised account activity.
Notable One may take reasonable steps to verify account information, prevent unauthorised access and protect platform security.
Access permissions may vary depending on the user's assigned role and the business's subscription.
Permitted Use
You agree to use Notable One lawfully and for its intended purposes.
You must not:
•Access accounts, information or systems without authorisation.
•Copy, resell or commercially exploit our software without permission.
•Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the platform, except where permitted by law.
•Introduce malware, harmful code or malicious automated activity.
•Use the platform for fraud, unlawful marketing or misleading activities.
•Misuse customer information or send communications without required consent.
•Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access.
Hospitality businesses are responsible for ensuring their use of Notable One complies with applicable laws, including consumer protection, privacy, food safety, marketing and liquor licensing requirements.
Where ordering or services involve age-restricted products, participating venues are responsible for required age verification and compliance with applicable laws.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action to protect the service, users and affected businesses.
Subscription and Billing
Notable One may offer subscription plans, optional modules, setup services and additional features.
Subscription prices, billing periods, included features, applicable taxes and additional charges will be disclosed before a business agrees to a paid service.
Notable One does not charge a percentage platform commission on direct reservations or orders. Separate subscription fees and third-party service charges may apply.
These may include payment processing, messaging, voice, delivery or other integration provider charges.
Any trial period, renewal arrangement, billing authorisation, price change or cancellation requirements will be explained in the applicable subscription offer or service agreement.
Automatic renewal applies only where it forms part of the agreed subscription arrangement.
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable service agreement and disclosed billing conditions.
Where a separate commercial agreement applies, that agreement takes precedence over these general Terms in relation to the relevant paid services.
Third-Party Services and Guest Transactions
Notable One may connect with third-party services for payments, communications, point-of-sale systems, reservations, delivery and other hospitality functions.
These providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, service fees and operating requirements.
Orders, bookings and venue responsibilities
Participating hospitality businesses generally remain responsible for:
•Menu descriptions, availability, pricing and applicable taxes.
•Food preparation, quality, allergens and safety.
•Reservation acceptance, availability and seating arrangements.
•Order fulfilment, collection and delivery arrangements.

•Customer service and the handling of complaints.
Any applicable cancellation conditions, booking deposits and charges should be disclosed to customers before a reservation or purchase is confirmed.
All charges must comply with applicable Australian pricing and payment rules.
Gift cards and loyalty programs
Where supported, participating businesses may offer gift cards, loyalty points, rewards and promotions through Notable One.
The issuing business is generally responsible for honouring its gift cards, rewards and advertised promotional conditions.
Gift cards must comply with applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements, including minimum expiry periods where applicable.
Payments and refunds
Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers.
Customers should contact the participating hospitality business first regarding an order, reservation, product or service refund.
Where an issue relates to Notable One technology or payment processing, we will provide reasonable assistance.
Nothing in these Terms limits any applicable rights to refunds, repairs, replacements or other remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
Integrations
Notable One may integrate with supported POS systems, payment processors, websites, messaging services and other technology platforms.
Integration availability depends on technical compatibility, provider requirements, account permissions and the status of each connection.
Integrations may be identified as:
•Live: Available for production use within the stated conditions.
•Pilot: Available for limited testing or selected businesses.
•Planned: Under consideration or development, but not yet available.
Notable One does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party system.

Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable and secure platform for hospitality businesses.
However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software updates, technical problems, internet connectivity, third-party systems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may undertake maintenance and necessary security updates to protect or improve our services.
Where practicable, we will communicate planned maintenance and significant service disruptions to affected businesses.
Features offered as pilots or trials may have additional limitations, which will be disclosed to participating businesses.
We do not guarantee that using Notable One will produce particular sales, revenue, customer retention or business growth results.
AI-assisted features, where available, may occasionally provide inaccurate or incomplete responses. Businesses should maintain appropriate oversight of important customer and operational decisions.
Any specific service levels or support commitments agreed with a subscribing business will be governed by its applicable service agreement.
